“Reg Park’s theory was that first you have to build the mass and then chisel it down to get the quality; you work on your body the way a sculptor would work on a piece of clay or wood or steel. You rough it out””the more carefully, the more thoroughly, the better”” then you start to cut and define. You work it down gradually until it’s ready to be rubbed and polished. And that’s when you really know about the foundation. Then all the faults of poor early training stand out as hopeless, almost irreparable flaws. [..]

Hello Chris Wallace or SARMSstore comments moderator:
I have some champion Siberian Huskies, they are record holders in pushing and pulling competitions for dogs. I would like to provide them with a boost in strength for their next events. I was going to try LG-4033. I have a couple of 220 lbs huskies and three 132 lbs female huskies. I was going to give the males 10mg and the females 5mg. Does this sound about right. Also, I keep reading about cycling. As I understand cycling as it applies to oral testosterones that is because of the alkyd molecule at the 17a position which caused liver damage but allowed the testosterone to make multiple passes thru the liver.
Since LG-4033 is a SARMS, there is no Alkyd molecule to cause liver dysfunction, correct? Is it really necessary to cycle the SARMS then? I really care about my Huskies and only want the best for them.
These are serious questions and I hope you take the time to respond.
Thanks, Husky Trainer.

A double cheeseburger and fries will certainly get you to your calorie goals, but processed foods do zero for your insides and general physique. All that sugar, salt, and saturated fat can cause you to crash (lowering your odds of getting to the gym) and also tack on an unwanted layer of fat in no time. With every meal, eat plenty of veggies and lean meats. When choosing your carb source, pick foods like potatoes, yams, rice, whole grains, oats, etc. Also, avoid refined oils, which can sneak in extra calories and lead to more fat gains.

I’m considering competing in a figure competition in the spring. I’ve talked briefly w/a coach by the name of Kimberly Doehnart & she told me I need to put on some weight/muscle (Im 5’0″ 108lbs) and I’m just trying to figure out if carb cycling is something I should consider or find a plan thats more protein driven. Im currently eating about 1500 calories & trying to get in140g of protein, 105g carbs, & 47g of fat. Lifting everyday and trying to figure what cardio I should be doing and does cardio fall on high or low carb days?
Thanks so much!
You guys ROCK!!
Heidi, I loved your Facebook post showing your before & after pictures for your competition. I so relate to the fear you described of gaining weight and I need to get over using the number on the scale!
