Trim Healthy Mama desserts do call for stevia extract or a stevia blend so that will be your first, most important purchase. We have many Mamas who do the plan on very strict budgets, and the plan was written when the authors themselves were pinching pennies. So it can be very budget friendly…many of the recipes are even WIC friendly. Pearl & Serene do showcase some items from their pantry in the book, and introduce you to some fun & unique specialty ingredients, but the plan itself can be done with very basic ingredients. It can be as simple and basic or as decadent as you desire.
